Y con lo difícil que resulta resumir la importancia de la prevención, de encontrarnos bien emocionalmente para que el sistema inmunológico no se deprima, la importancia de las consecuencias a corto y largo plazo que esta situación puede generar en las personas, y las patologías que pueden despertarse durante la misma a causa del encierro, y del miedo.

Te pido que no entres en pánico, pero que tampoco te duermas en los laureles! Ocúpate, observa como te sentís, que emociones afloran, cuáles son tus miedos, que sucede con la convivencia y la relación con las personas que te toca compartir esta cuarentena, como es transitarla solo, que hábitos perdiste, cuales adquiriste… pregúntate todo! Y obsérvate, y por supuesto intenta prevenir, hablando del tema, desahogándote, poniéndole nombre a todos esos sentimientos y emociones…
